Earnings
The Earnings tab covers rent collected by month, quarter, or financial year, an expense breakdown, per-property yield, and your ledger and tax summary.
The Earnings tab is one of Propero's three bottom tabs (Home, Earnings, Chat). It's your portfolio-wide and per-property view of everything money-related: what you've collected, what you've spent, what each property is yielding, and the documents you can generate for your records or your accountant.
On this tab
- A Month / Quarter / Financial year total, with collected rent as the headline figure
- A chart of collected rent across the current financial year. Tap a bar for that month's collected, spent, and net
- An expenses breakdown by category, once you've recorded spend in the selected period
- A row for every property, showing received-vs-expected and yield (once a purchase price is set)
- A Documents section to generate a rental ledger or tax summary
Tap ? in the top right for a quick explainer of where each figure comes from. Tap + to record an expense.
Rental ledgers and tax summaries are free on every account. Neither is gated behind Propero Pro.
Reminders & expiry dates
Document expiry warnings at 30 days, compliance due countdowns, and why only condition report inspections get a push notification, not every date.
Income & expenses
Read the Earnings totals, rent chart, and expense donut, record a cost against a property, and see how gross and net yield are worked out.
