Documents and compliance live on the property hub, not in a separate app area. Open a property from Home, then scroll down to find them below the pulse cards.

Documents section: insurance, strata records, council rates, and other paperwork you want on hand

Compliance section: smoke alarm, pool safety, and other recurring safety and inspection items, tracked against due dates

Strata Details section: your strata management company's contact details
Maintenance history
Resolved requests stay editable under the Maintenance screen. Attach an invoice amount and file, and it flows into Earnings as a Repairs expense.
Storing documents
Upload insurance, strata, council rates, and other paperwork to a property's Documents section as PDF, JPEG, PNG, or HEIC files up to 20 MB.
