Storing documents
Upload insurance, strata, council rates, and other paperwork to a property's Documents section as PDF, JPEG, PNG, or HEIC files up to 20 MB.
Open a property from Home, then scroll to the Documents section on the hub.
Adding a document
Tap Add on the Documents section header, then:
- Pick a type (see below). The title fills in with the type's name, but you can change it, for example "Building Insurance 2025".
- Choose a file: PDF, JPEG, PNG, or HEIC, up to 20 MB.
- Optionally turn on Has Expiry Date and set one. Useful for renewals like insurance or certificates.
- Add any notes.

Viewing, editing, and deleting
Tap a document to preview it. Touch and hold a row for Edit or Delete.
Editing lets you change the title, expiry date, and notes. You can't change a document's type after adding it: if you picked the wrong one, delete it and add it again. Deleting asks you to confirm first, since it can't be undone.
Expiry states
Once a document is within 30 days of its expiry date, Propero highlights it on the Documents list. Open the document to see its full status: fine, expiring soon, or already expired.
