Add photos and store important documents against your property.
Keep everything related to your property in one place: photos from the camera roll and key documents like insurance certificates, strata minutes, and more.
Adding photos
From the home screen, tap your property card to open the property view. From here you can add photos directly from your camera roll.
Tap Add photos and select one or more images from your camera roll. Photos are stored against the property and are useful for recording the condition of the property over time.
Storing documents
Propero lets you attach important documents to your property for safe keeping. The following document types are supported:
- Insurance Certificate
- Strata Minutes
- Council Rates
- Depreciation Schedule
- Building Report
- Other
For each document you can:
- Set an expiry date to get a reminder before it lapses
- Add notes to record anything relevant about the document
Expiry reminders
If you set an expiry date on a document, Propero will notify you before it expires so you can renew it in time.
