Property details & photos
Add up to 10 photos to a property's Photo tour, check the read-only setup details, and set a purchase price so Earnings can work out your yield.
Open a property from Home to reach its hub. Photos and property details live in their own sections below the pulse cards.
Scrolling the hub top to bottom: Photo tour and the pulse cards first, then Property details, and Documents, Compliance, and Strata Details at the bottom. Tapping the Photo tour card opens the full grid.
Photo tour
The Photo tour card shows your cover photo with the next couple peeking behind it. Tap the card to open the full Photo tour screen, a grid of every photo with add and delete controls.
| Detail | Value |
|---|---|
| Maximum photos | 10 per property |
| Accepted files | Images from your camera roll |
| Where stored | Against the property in Propero |
Tap the dashed tile to add photos (you can select several at once, up to your remaining limit). Tap the x on a photo to remove it. Propero asks you to confirm first, since deleting a photo is permanent.
Photos here are separate from condition report photo and video capture. See Property Health.
Property details
The Property details card shows what was captured during setup: rental arrangement and property type as a line (for example "Entire place · Apartment"), then bedrooms, bathrooms, and parking. These are read-only here. There's currently no way to change them from the hub once setup is done.
Purchase price
Purchase price is the one editable field in this section. Tap it to add or update what you paid. Propero uses it to work out gross and net yield on the Earnings tab, and it's only visible to you. See Income & expenses.
Documents, compliance, and strata
Further down the hub:
- Documents: insurance, strata records, council rates, and more. See Storing documents.
- Compliance: smoke alarm, pool safety, electrical, gas, and other tracked items. See Compliance certificates.
- Strata Details: your strata management company's contact details, if the property has one.
Expiry dates
Documents and compliance items support optional due or expiry dates. Propero flags items that are expiring soon or overdue in the app. Push notifications may not cover every item, so it's worth checking in occasionally. See Reminders & expiry dates.
Property
Every property gets its own hub, opened from its card on Home. This section covers photos, property details, adding more properties, and archiving.
Adding another property
Adding a second property needs Propero Pro. Tap + on Home to run the same setup wizard, use Save & exit to resume later, and add as many as you need.
