Adding a property
Walk through adding a property to your Propero account.
Adding a property follows the same steps as the initial onboarding. If you haven't done it yet, Propero will guide you through it automatically after signing in.
One property per account
Propero currently supports one property per account. If you manage multiple properties, you'll need a separate account for each.
The setup covers three steps:
- Address validation: enter your rental address and confirm the match. You can add or correct a unit or house number on the next screen.
- Tenant details: add your tenant's name, contact info, rent amount, bond, and any advance rent paid. You can add multiple tenants; the first will be the primary contact by default.
- Lease agreement: attach your lease document from the Files app or take a photo of a paper copy. You can also do this later from Insights > Lease.
