Manage Propero Pro's monthly and yearly plans through Apple, restore purchases on a new iPhone, and see what Pro unlocks versus the free tier.

Propero Pro
Propero Pro is A$24.99 a month or A$199.99 a year, billed through the App Store. There's no free trial. Subscriptions auto-renew until you cancel, and you can cancel any time through Apple, not just inside Propero.
The Subscription screen shows your current status (Active, No Active Plan, or Expires on a given date if you've cancelled but are still inside your paid period) plus two actions:
- Manage Subscription opens Apple's own subscription management screen, where you switch plans or cancel
- Restore Purchases re-links an existing subscription to this install. Use it if you changed iPhones or reinstalled the app
Where you'll see the paywall
Propero shows the Pro upgrade screen at these points:
- The last step of first-run setup, right after the Propero Mail intro. Maybe later takes you to Home
- Adding a second property, or any property after that
- Setting up a property's email address, from the hub's Tenancy card or the Chat home chip
- Replying to a tenant's email in Chat on a free account (See Pro)
- Opening Condition Reports without an active Pro subscription
- Reaching your daily Propero Chat message limit on the free tier
The plan toggle shows Monthly and Yearly, with yearly preselected and a Save 33% badge. Under the comparison card sit the renewal line ("Auto-renews yearly. Cancel anytime.") and Restore Purchases.
What Pro includes
The comparison card in the app, in the order it shows:

"Limited" and "Extended" on the Chat row are a daily message allowance; Pro's is roughly three times Free's. See Using Propero Chat for the numbers.
Property email and AI triage is Propero Mail: the property's own address, Propero's read of each tenant email, and the drafted reply.
Your first property is always free. Property two and beyond, Condition Reports, and a Propero Mail address at any property count require Pro.
What stays free
These are not Pro-gated, regardless of your subscription:
- Rental ledger and tax summary PDFs
- Propero Chat, within its free daily message limit
- Receiving a tenant's email in Chat and seeing the draft. Setting up the address, the AI read of the email, and sending the reply are Pro. See Propero Mail
- Advertising, unlocked by vacancy or an end-of-tenancy state rather than by subscription
- Legal tools (Break Lease Guide, Termination Notice) in supported states
