Manage Propero Pro's monthly and yearly plans through Apple, restore purchases on a new iPhone, and see what Pro unlocks versus the free tier.

Propero Pro
Propero Pro is a subscription with Monthly and Yearly plans. Prices are set by the App Store in your region and shown on the subscription screen in the app. Subscriptions auto-renew until you cancel, and you can cancel anytime through Apple, not just within Propero.
The Subscription screen shows your current status (Active, No Active Plan, or Expires on a given date if you've cancelled but are still inside your paid period) plus two actions:
- Manage Subscription opens Apple's own subscription management screen, where you switch plans or cancel
- Restore Purchases re-links an existing subscription to this install. Use it if you changed iPhones or reinstalled the app
Where you'll see the paywall
Propero shows the Pro upgrade screen at three points:
- Adding a second property, or any property after that
- Opening Condition Reports without an active Pro subscription
- Reaching your daily Propero Chat message limit on the free tier
You'll also see an optional upgrade screen once during onboarding, before you've added a property. Tap Maybe later to continue on Free.

Your first property is always free. Property two and beyond, and Condition Reports at any property count, require Pro.
What stays free
These are not Pro-gated, regardless of your subscription:
- Rental ledger and tax summary PDFs
- Propero Chat, within its free daily message limit
- Advertising, unlocked by vacancy or an end-of-tenancy state rather than by subscription
- Legal tools (Break Lease Guide, Termination Notice) in supported states
