Profile & preferences
Name, email, and phone are read-only after signup. Edit your personal address and store encrypted bank details for the account you collect rent into.
Tap your initials in the top-right of Home to open Account, then tap your name at the top to open Profile.
Read-only fields
These fields are shown on your profile but can't be edited in the app:
- Full name
- Phone
They're set when you create your account. To change any of them, use Contact Support to update your details at the bottom of the Profile screen, or see Contact support.
Personal address
You can edit your personal address on the Profile screen. This is your own correspondence address, kept separate from your rental property addresses.
Bank details
From Account, tap Bank Details to add or update the account you collect rent into: account name, BSB, and account number. Propero stores these encrypted for your own records, with a footnote confirming the storage is secure.
If you haven't added bank details yet, tapping the row opens the edit form directly. Once they're saved, tapping the row opens a read-only summary with a copy button next to each field, plus an Edit button to change them later.
Bank details are not included on rent receipts, leases, or any PDF Propero generates. They're stored purely so you have them on hand in one place.
