Navigating the app
A quick tour of Propero's main screens and where to find everything.
Here's how to find your way around Propero once your property is set up.
Home screen
The home screen gives you an overview of your property at a glance.
Quick Insights cards
Each card on the home screen summarises a key part of your property. The rental card reflects the current payment status in real time: green when rent is paid, orange when a payment is due or late, and red when it becomes overdue.
Insights
The Insights view gives you quick access to every section of the app. Tap the Insights icon in the bottom navigation bar to open it. From here you can jump to any area of Propero without going through the home screen.
Account settings
Tap your initials in the bottom navigation bar to open your account. From here you can:
- Add your bank details
- Manage your subscription
- Log out
Contact support
If you run into an issue or have feedback, tap Contact Support from your account screen. A member of the Propero team will get back to you.

Tap Help Centre from your account screen to open these docs at any time.
