Once you submit, your listing appears on the property hub with its order status, and Propero emails you a payment link.
It's available when:
- The property is vacant or marked looking for a tenant
- An active lease is ending within 30 days
- You've recorded Record Tenant Notice or End Tenancy on Lease Overview, however far out the move-out date actually is
It re-locks once a new lease is signed, and a statutory re-letting ban can keep it locked in some states after certain end-of-tenancy reasons. See Renewals & ending a tenancy.
