Maintenance history
Resolved requests stay editable under the Maintenance screen. Attach an invoice amount and file, and it flows into Earnings as a Repairs expense.
Resolved requests appear under Resolved on the Maintenance screen, most recent first. Propero shows the last five and adds a View All button once you have more than that.
Tapping a resolved request opens the same detail screen you used while it was active. Nothing locks once a job is done: you can still add photos, add a note, or move the status again if you need to.
Invoice upload
Once a request is Resolved (or already has an invoice attached), an invoice button appears in the toolbar and an Invoice section appears on the request. To record one:
- Enter the amount
- Optionally attach a document: PDF, JPEG, PNG, or HEIC, up to 20MB
Invoices are tracked in your rental ledger for expense reporting. Once a file's attached, tap View to preview it without leaving the app.
Where invoices show up
Every invoiced amount flows into Earnings as a Repairs expense, dated to when the request was resolved. That means it appears in your monthly spend chart alongside expenses you enter manually, and rolls into the tax summary report.
