Strata details
Store your strata management company's contact details on the property hub, alongside Documents and Compliance.
If your property is in a strata scheme, you can keep the strata manager's contact details on the property hub under Strata Details. It's a dedicated section for the people who handle levies, meetings, and building maintenance on your behalf.
Where to find it
Open the property from Home, then scroll down past the pulse cards. Strata Details sits alongside Documents and Compliance at the bottom of the hub.

What you can store
Use Strata Details for your strata management company's name, phone number, and email, plus the strata plan number if you want it on hand.
This section is for contacts, not paperwork. Upload strata minutes, levy notices, and other records under Documents instead. See Storing documents.
