Tenants & leases
A tenant and lease are always set up together, one active lease per property. Tenants don't get Propero accounts, so there's no tenant login or app.
A tenant and their lease are always set up together, either during property setup or later from the property hub. A property has one active lease at a time, naming everyone renting the place.
Tenant details, lease terms, and financials are captured in one pass. See Adding a tenant for the step-by-step.
Once a tenancy exists, two places on the property hub handle it:
- The Tenancy card, right on the hub, shows Tenanted or Vacant status and gives you one-tap Email and Message buttons for your tenant.
- Lease Overview (hub > Lease pulse card) is home for lease details, the signed lease document, end-of-tenancy actions, and legal tools.

Tenants do not get a Propero account. They're contact records you manage, not app users, so there's no tenant login, no invite, and no in-app chat.
Amending a report
While a report is in Pending review, change element conditions, dismiss AI issues, add photos and notes, or retry analysis that didn't finish.
Adding a tenant
Tenant and lease details are captured in one flow. Add co-tenants up front, pick a main contact, and know that details can't be edited afterwards.
