Outgoing condition report
Document condition at move-out against this tenancy's ingoing baseline, with meter readings and key notes, ready for bond discussions.
An Outgoing Report documents condition at move-out, compared against this tenancy's approved ingoing report. Use it for bond discussions and your own records.
When to complete it
Complete the outgoing report when the tenant vacates or during the final inspection. Propero sends an Outgoing report due soon push reminder within 14 days of the lease end date.
Steps
- Open Property Health
- Tap Create New Report (requires Propero Pro)
- On the New Report screen, switch the report type to Outgoing, then review the room list
- Tap Start, then record video in each room, same capture rules as an ingoing report: minimum 5 seconds, talking through what you see as you go
- Tap Submit Report
- Review, amend if needed, and tap Approve Report
Like an ingoing report (and unlike a routine inspection), each room is analysed independently rather than as one combined pass. Where a room has a matching approved ingoing baseline, the AI compares against it and can note whether an issue is new since move-in. Without a matching baseline, it can only describe the room's current condition, since it has nothing to compare against.
Meter readings and keys and security notes are collected on the Report Details screen, same as an ingoing report.
