Download Propero from the App Store and set up your landlord account in a few minutes.
Propero is a complete property management solution for Australian landlords who manage their own rental property. Rent tracking, maintenance, documents, and compliance all live in one iPhone app, without the cost or complexity of a traditional property manager. We're a small Australian team, and you're welcome to reply to your welcome email or contact us in the app if you need help along the way.
Download Propero from the App Store and follow the steps below to create your account.

Download Propero
Open Propero in the App Store on your iPhone. Tap Get to download and install the app.
Once installed, tap Open or find the Propero icon on your home screen.
Create your account
On the welcome screen, tap Get started.
You can sign up using your email address, Sign in with Apple, or Sign in with Google.
Sign up with email
- Tap Continue with email
- Enter your email address and choose a password
- Tap Create account
Sign in with Apple
Tap Continue with Apple and authenticate with Face ID, Touch ID, or your Apple ID password. Apple will create your account automatically.
Sign in with Google
Tap Continue with Google and sign in with your Google account.
Welcome email
Once your account is created, you'll get a welcome email from the Propero team. You're welcome to reply to it if you have any questions. Someone will get back to you. The one exception is password reset emails, which are sent from a no-reply address.
Set up your profile
After signing in you'll be asked to enter a few details about yourself.

Tap Continue when you're done. Your account is ready.
Next steps
With your profile saved, Propero's onboarding will take you straight to adding your first property.
